hi AJS, Thank you so much for this..

but what i want is only Admin can put any images on the member's profile..
the plugin that you gave i think it allows all user to input image codes or bb codes when they edit every field on their profile..
what i want is only Admin or Staff..

and i want the image to show in postbit_author_user

any one??
