For some reason, when members try to register to my website http://www.talkgfx.net they don't receive an email with an activation link.

What can I do to fix this?

Run this test: http://wiki.mybb.com/index.php/Help:Mail

If it doesn't go fine, then you've to contact to your host to resolve it.
