It looks like to me you don't have .htaccess setup. Did you rename it from htaccess.txt?

check now the errors with .htaccess

Other things to try:

Something worked cause the normal url is:
http://forum.scenegaming.com/forumdisplay.php?fid=3

and when i rename the htaccess to .htaccess it was:
http://forum.scenegaming.com/forum-3.html but that error is still there.

I don't know what you're talking about but your htaccess file is either not configured correctly or not enabled.
