well as the topic name implies I just tried using an [img] tag url that was kind of long considering my board url is pretty long and i found that When i goto the the UserCP to change my signature and add an img tag like this:

 [img]http:/planetvegeta.extremepcgamerz.com/images/signatures/vegetasig.jpg[/img]

the image will not show because the wordwrapping is changing the link address.. i verified this. however if i change the url to something shorter which doesnt cause a word wrap it seems to work. this may be a bug.

What's the maximum signature length allowed on your forum?

funny.. i just found another bug. seems to me like images should never be allowed under the CODE box as shown below. however check this out:

my signature length is set to default: 255
if you look at my attempt to use a signature on this board it doesnt work also.. look right below this line. where you see the img tags

umm regarding your signature, is see there is a new line between [/ and img]

[/<br />
img]

umm make sure to backspace that space, maybe by mistake you have added one.

yes thats its true, but what im saying is. I didnt intentionally put that br there. as i kept typing my the url to my sig as it word-wrapped it was inserted there.

OK... I see. I think this is a problem with Safari. I am a Mac OS X user.
