yeah, i uninstall the MyShoutBox plugin, my forum is now ok..
and then im using ChangUonDyU - Extra File Chatbox 3.6.0, works like a charm and no problem with xmlhttp.php anymore..

i suggest you to contact your hosting provider to fix the default permission for xmlhttp.php,
