Always mysql locked down. How I Restart my mysql please tell me step by step.
You probably need a new webhost if MYSQL is always failing.
Login as root into your server via putty/ssh and do next ex.
For most of distros it is:
/etc/init.d/mysqld restart
How is this anything to do with MyBB?? Ask your host.
