What are you talking about?? Why have you made so many threads on this?? Of course it looks the same as this, assuming you mean this site, other than the header and some small style changes. You've already been given a link to the installation Wiki at least twice:

Read the wiki, that's what it's there for.
The design is a little bit different from this, I hope you don't try to make a website unless you customize the design a lot. Also, read the wiki to learn how to install it.
