It looks like your text wrapped on the first thead, making it taller. Try shortening the text and see if that fixes it.

OK ill give it a try post here so I can reply.
edit: that won't change it as some of the other areas have short description and yet it shows a white gap ( Ps you like how my forum looks so far )

I thought you were talking about the big white gap on the first one. But if it's just that small one, try making your picture taller. Or add a dark border to the bottom of the picture.
