Problem with Registration form

You've got XMLHTTP requests disable; go to ACP > Configuration > Server and Optimization Options > Enable XMLHttp request features? > set this to Yes.

Disable Referrer
ACP -> Configuration -> User Registration and Profile Options.
There is a setting for "Use Referral System". You can enable or disable it there.

Matt is correct, matib is wrong (in this situation). To further prove his point, you may notice that once you type a username in the username field, it is not telling you whether or not that username is available.

i did but the same
no Image Verification refresh
and Referrer is not Options ( that mean i can't join without it ) that is new, i never see that before upgrade to 1.6 and 1.6.1

You've not changed that setting, it's still off...
