my xmlhttp.php permission automatically changes into 000..
i just set the permission back to 644..
and after a few minutes or hours.. i check xmlhttp.php and the permission set to 000 again..
wtF!?
I'm pretty sure thats your host, or a malicious script uploaded to your server.
to my server?? or to my host's server ??

This has been answered a few times already. So i 'll type real slow now..
1. You have a cheap or free host.
2 . xmlhttp.php is causing a huge cpu load (probably because of your shoutbox)
3. Host does not agree with cpu load
4. Host disables xmlhttp.php
5. You upload it again
6. Go back to 1.
At some point your hosting account will probably be suspended because of point 5.
The solution is in point 1. Get a real host, or a better one..
