Hello i was running a forum in phpbb3.0.7 and successfully merged into mybb 1.6
The only problem is that the characters of topic descriptions and forums(the non-english ones) do not display "healthly".

I am getting something like this:

 Î­Î± και ειδήσεις για το χώρο τÎ

Tried the convert into UTF-8 from the Tools&maintenance but didn't work..

Please tell ,me there is a solution for this

Restore a backup of MyBB from before the Merge. Run the Merge again with the "Convert to UTF-8" option turned off (when you put in your database details)
