thread permissions...meaning each thread has specific permissions? For users or usergroups? Are you paying for this?

I'm also looking for something like this.

Groups can be given specific permissions to their threads like

-Stick/unstick
-Close/Open
-Delete Replies
-Indefinite editing
-Delete own thread

This would be awesome to have..
How much would something like this cost to be coded?

i mean permissions to read... for example: i need set thread RP(read permissions) for zone Moderator only....

how this can be....?
