Any idea how to fix this? when members post it shows up down there and you have to click the post manually but for admins it doesn't i am confused.

For guests and new users: ACP > Show Thread Options > Usenet Style Thread View > No.

For you and current users: User CP > Edit Options > Thread View Options > Thread View Mode > Linear.

We have the same issue. Without having to go into each current users account and change the setting to Linear, how else could we fix this?

I'm not really sure why so many people seem to change this settings apparently not knowing what it does, only to ask why the threads are all displayed funny...
