Please enter the forum ids (fid) of the forum(s).

How I get the forum ID (fid) of forum X 4ex??

When you view a forum see the url of it. It will end like
forumdisplay.php?fid=4
which indicate the id is 4(the actual number in you case may be different than 4)
so in order to see id of multiple forums just visit the corresponding forums and
see their url.
