I'm looking for a designer to design my forum, How much would I have to pay.
I can afford 1-20 20-50 It depends can anyone tell me an average price or a decent prize.
I doubt this forum is the place to ask this question. And, it's probably always $20+ for custom themes.

I could do it, but i require payment first, after the theme is done.
You finish the theme you give me a demo, If I like it whatever then I pay you. I can't pay you first, once you made the theme, and I like it and is done I pay you once I pay you, you give me the files.
Ya, when it's done, you can see a demo and see if you like it or want anything changed, if you like it, pay me and then ill send over the theme package.
OK, what information do you need. And I'm willing to pay 20-50 dollars, but I seen you sell your themes for 9.00 8.00 dollars so I guess 20 dollars would be a good payment ? or even 15 dollars. You choose the payment.
Also Would you like to see an example of what i'm looking for ?
