i've set Date and Time Formats correctly..

GMT +8:00 Hours (07:47 PM) <<< Correct Time..

after making new thread..
the time is incorrect..

The ACP setting will have no effect on you if you change it, check the setting in your User CP Options.

Have you also set the correct time zone for your account in usercp?

Usercp >> Edit Options

EDIT: LOL I'm slow! :p
