Right, you have to actually edit that file now... this is not something you do in the MyBB Admin CP which is where you're looking, you do it via an FTP client, or the file manager in your host control panel...

What do I make the FTP acc?

It's in your FTP

I think you need to go in admin in FTP and find ./inc/config.php

Where you make your FTP account is at Gdaddy
Or you can go to cPanel.com or .net (might have to copy and paste)
