Stupid question: how can I make it so guests can see threads within forums but cannot actually see the content? For example, I'd like a guest to be able to view all threads within Forum A but cannot VIEW the threads themselves.

I'm probably making it sound more confusing than it needs to be. Blush

Go to the permissions section of your chosen forum, and click 'Set Custom Permissions' for the Guest usergroup. Tick 'Can view forum', and make sure that 'Can view threads within forum' is unticked. I think this will work.
