For some reason you've put the index.html file form the Documentation folder into your forum root folder Delete the index.html file and it'll work. If you go here http://www.smartyjo.com/index.php it works, but there's an error because your database details are incorrect, make sure your database details in ./inc/config.php are set to what they need to be set to.

You've not deleted it, it's still there, it wouldn't still be showing the contents of it if it wasn't there... it's in your forum root folder, is this where you're looking?? The same places as where online.php, search.php, member.php etc etc is...
