i had installed CMS bb theme and it is not showing its graphics and buttons. dear please help !!!

Have you considered that...
The XML file is not the only thing that you uploaded...
You have to upload the images which should be in a folder next to the XML (called upload)...
And it should have a folder within that says "images" and then a folder that refers to the theme...
Zip that folder...
Upload it to your host and extract it and it should work.
