ACP is showing 1 unapproved post but when clicked it says no unapproved post....why..??

and also showing 1 post unapproved but no post is unapproved......
help me plz

Go to Mod CP > Moderation Queue > is there anything listed here??

It shows "all queues r empty". means nothing...
what to do..?

Go to ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Recount and Rebuild > run the first 4 of these, does that fix it??
