Your users might not be too happy if their private messages suddenly disappeared. It would be better to post an announcement letting them know that they'll be cleared before you actually clear it unless you have TOS in place stating that you can clear them without warning.
To avoid such a situation, impose limits on the private message inbox size so that it doesn't grow that big.
Can you not ask your host to increase the space for you?

Good idea about imposing limits. Yes i can ask them, but i need to pay x2 more then my all host cost for just 100mb o.O
I deleted all PM's and i get around 60mb. It's good for now. I think i will buy some VPS server.
