Anyone can help me, I'm getting the 403 error aswell as everyone else trying to connect to my forum.

Did you installed some plugin?
Have you edited the .htaccess file in the foot folder?? What's the /forum/ folder CHMOD to??
I didn't upload plugins for a week or more. .htaccess was not edited. Forum is 755.
Ask your host if they have mod_security installed and ask them to remove it from your account.
Can you look in your server error log and see if it explains what's causing it?? If there's nothing in there, can I have FTP login details to check a few things??
For some weird reason the public_html folder was CHMOD to 744. Set that to 755, site's back.
