Ok first how would you put a page on the bar thing

that how would you put another bar thing?

and 2nd
Is there a way to put 2 shoutboxs?

Moved to theme support so you can get a better response.

1. You can do this in your header templates, whether it be in the member and guest templates or just in the main header templates.

2. I am not sure about this, I, however, do not think it is possible, you would have to code it yourself without a plugin or use 2 separate plugins.

I found out thte nav bar now I just need to find out if you can have 2 shoutbox's
