I'm making a plugin that will let have an RPG system-ish thing on my forum, and I need to know how to add a link where it has
Home, Configuration, Forums & Posts, Users & Groups etc. etc.
Like how NewPoints has it's own link (or would it be a category?)
So if anyone can help that'd be great. Thanks.

I wish I could help, had same problem with UCP and ACP, not really any documentation and it's frustrating.
