the image url seems to be incorrect u must have uploaded it incorrectly, you seem to be trying to get it as forum icon and it set as the incorrect image.

It's correct.
But it shows it off with the plugin off too.
whats the plugin called, Remember The CHMOD need to be set at 777 on the forumicon folder.
