I have been researching and going out of my mind trying to figure out why I have this error and how to fix it to no avail. Can someone help me understand this error? I am upgrading from 1.6 to 1.6.1 and I have checked both (the 1.6 and the 1.6.1) languages/english/admin folders and this php is not there.
