The logo. How do i change this?

The background image. How do i change this?

3.

The buttens that indicate whether a forum has something new/locked/nothing new.

You need to find a skin that your site is about.

FTP is what you uploed mybb with.

I didnt upload the forum onto the website. A friend did that.

then get him to do this 2 do you got a logo made tho?
