When I go to several menu's in my ACP, I keep getting this screen.

probably, wrong admin folder permissions or you had changed something, like name of admin folder or other.
upload the gomobile files to your host. the mobile version is not looking good.
Mobile version is acting up. I just tried to reinstall it. I'll fiddle with it. If it is a permission problem, how would I go about fixing it?
Can you post which URL specifically? If you can post the link here or in PM. I just want to see how the link looks like.
The 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th are because a plugin author has used the old style ACP URLs, or you're using a version of the plugin that hasn't been made 1.4 compatible, but the 2nd and 6th are default URLs, and if it's still got those URLs, you've still got the 1.4 ACP files, not the 1.6 ones.
There was a problem with mod_security where it didn't like having / in the URL and it gave a 403 Forbidden error, so we changed them to -, but the 2nd and 6th links still has a / in it, so it's the 1.4 style URL; we've fixed the issue but you haven't got the updated files.
Go to ACP > Tools & Maintenance > choose File Verification from the list on the left, it's under Optimize Database. Run this, and see what files it says are edited. If you don't even have this option (which you probably won't as it sounds like you've got 1.4 ACP files) download 1.6 again and reupload your admin folder. If you've renamed your admin folder, make sure the files in the ./admin/ folder in the download go into your renamed admin folder.
Well, I never had 1.4 on my account. But I've done the file verification and here is what came back.

That makes more sense then... right, these are all pages added by plugins, and they're not compatible with 1.6, they're written for 1.4. You'll need to either check to see if there's an updated version of the plugin, or edit the plugin files, find the links for the ACP pages, and change the / to - in the URLs.
