How can make this longer because when user names are long then i can't see what the user had posted. I want to make it longer. But how?

is its width, that you want to increase. go to acp->templates&styles->*templates->your template*->postbit templates->
Open "postbit_classic" and find

<td class="{$altbg}" width="15%" valign="top" style="white-space: nowrap; text-align: center;">

and increase the value of width="15%" from 15 to what ever size you like

There isn't this code in posbit_classic ??!!

I think, you can read and understand english well. If so, read the post carefully and do edits in the specified template.(postbit_classic)

If you cant find it, i cant help you.
