Hello ....i upload page maneger to add new pages, but gives me this message when use
(Access is denied
You do not have permission to access this page on the control panel.)
Does anyone know why?? Wait for answer
EDIT: Misread the post sorry.
Go to AdminCP -> Users and Groups -> Admin Permissions -> Edit Admin Permissions
Check that you have permission to use the Page Manager features.

im not the super admin
and in this file there is only one super admin
how can i add my self to the lest ??
If your not the super admin, then add your userid into the config variable.
eg
$config['super_admin'] = "1,2,3,4"';
Change the 1,2,3,4 to whatever id's need to be super administrators.
Also, corrected my post since I misread what you said (that's what I get for not reading posts properly
