How do we move up/down the catagories and forums?

This is after we have created them and need to alter which comes first/second etc.

go to acp->forums&posts->forum management

you will see "order" column.
the order numbers that are displayed as bold are category order numbers. sort them as 1,2,3,4.... for all the categories
&
the order numbers that are displayed under a category are forum display order numbers. sort them as 1,2,3,4.... for all the forums within that category.

I played around with those before but not the right way obviously.
