Version 1.4:
- compatible with MyBB 1.6.5
- drastic performance increase (especially when you use Google SEO) by using reference and new "paint" method
- remove old cache methods and plugin settings (there is only activation now)
- now plugin can style moderators and moderators groups in moderator lists

New version doesn't require cache. It's collect users ids, and before output page content, it's grab data from DB and replace usernames (it isn't using regex, so it's very fast).
Second benefit it that Google SEO can collect its cache and use it when style usernames makes its work. In older version it wasn't possible.
