where can I find a site that makes custom and has premium themes ? But not just two or three themes but like 10 or 15 themes for me to choose from.

www.xenthemes.com <- I used to work there, quite a nice place. They're growing in themes.

www.nanoskinners.com <- These guys are absolutely amazing.

www.mybbcentral.com <- They have some themes.

I'll try and post some more for you later.

Nanoskinner only has few themes.

Why not Google MyBB themes?

I did I found nothing good.

Wouldn't you want quality over quantity?

(Also If I make a pay pal account to pay my theme, will I ever have to pay money to have a pay pal or is pay pal free to use)

If you want Paypal to deposit funds on behalf of a buyer/seller Paypal charges you...I believe.

They do charge for somethings because my son always complains he had to be charged by both Paypal for adding funds to his account and Ebay charges him if he sells anything.

Nothing is ever free.
