There's an option to send a mass mail to all members in Mybb ACP. I tried using it today. I registered an account and tried sending mail just to that account to test it. In step 4 which is 'define recipients' I narrowed it down to only one user which I just created as I didn't want to send out the test mail to everyone. Anyways, I sent the mail. It was in queue for sometime then it went to Mass Mailing Archive showing the status as delivered. But I didn't get any email on my email account.

I repeated the process. Still didn't get any email.

Help please!

Please run the PHP Mail test here:

If you run this independent test and still receive no email, then you will have to contact your host as they are at fault.
