The MyBB bit is fine like that, but I'd check with the Audentio people if they'd be okay with the theme copyright change.

Yea that link is perfectly fine! as long as there is a link back to Audentio and the authors name is clearly visible its okay
I think you should change it to "Theme by Audentio Design"

We require the link anchor text to be "Audentio Design" and the URI to be
http://www.audentio.com. Removing the authors name is optional, although I'm sure the author would prefer otherwise. That said, the author's name is not manditory. If you want, you can place it in the title as so:
Theme by <a href="http://www.audentio.com" title="A Ryan McGrane Creation">Audentio Design</a>.
