I have this announcements mods installed too the one this forum has which at the moment is displaying 3 bars (yellow, green, blue).

How to make text bold? For example, like 'Latest News:', 'Mybb on twitter' is bold.

How to make a clickable link? For example, like 'mybb 1.6.1 released' is a clickable link.
