I have installed My Green theme, i have tried other three also but facing the same problem on it. the problem is that as shown in attachment i have opted the Display posts using the classic layout from the admin cpanel in setting of show threads, but forum display it in horizental view, can anyone help me please how to use Display posts using the classic layout??

the second problem is that i have added some pages via menu manager as shown in the image but that is not shown on the main page.

There is an option for Post Layout in User CP.
If you want to force the post layout globally, not per forum basis, maybe you can view this thread:

If you want to force post layout per forum basis, you need a plugin for that.
