i upload the files caled upload to my public_html folder and extracted it in the c pannel when i try to install it it says like oops link not found help me please here the pic y i cant install mybb

please check again your folder, is it correct?
use FTP program and see if install.php exist, also check the permission file.
you better ask your host customer service to help you
