When I finish installation , then I go to delete install folder , then go to my web at

Ok seems like you are browsing the wrong page, umm try with this

you should change the index page into index.php if you dont find a way using your control panel, use .htaccess
create a file called
.htaccess in the root of your site.
with the following
DirectoryIndex index.php
moreover, i feel like you have a problem with the database permissions ?!!
