Hey, what's the QUERY to update the default avatars on members that were registered before?

Explanation:
Member A registers today. I activate the plugin tomorrow. Member A isn't affected. How to force him on the default avatar?

My default avatars show as different sizes on the Proportal and other areas...is there anyway to set avatar size?
