Hi there, i would like to have 2 questions answered if possible please,

I am currently running IPB 2.1.4 Can my forum be coverted into ths Mybb

Second question is, is can Mybb be skinned like my current site is now

Well there is no direct conversion from IPB to MyBB
You will need to convert to phpBB then MyBB.

Regarding the theme, well i see it is somehow a complex theme, but i beleive it can be done, however i recommend that you make your theme on a testing board and not directly in your main board, and then if you find your self satisfied, export it then import it to the converted board.
