i have a list of emails some users put fake emails, whats the best way to delete those users in bulk?besides 1 by 1

User Prune? Are you not having your users activate their accounts? Or are these users that haven't even activated their accounts? In which case again the answer is user prune

at the start of my forum i allowed users not to activate their emails now.i need to delete those members.

Unless the email addresses have some similarity in them which could help you to bulk move them to a group or create a separate view for them where you could select all and delete, you are pretty much stuck with doing them one by one. If you are comfortable with sql, you can even do it via sql but I don't recommend that unless you know what you are doing.
