I am installing MyBB 1.6 on a linux box.

Following the install, everything seems to be working fine, as I can post threads etc), apart from the images are not loading Huh

If I log into the admin panel, everything looks perfect in there.

you have upload on images? your root folder on your images upload!? seem you have issues cause mess upload I can help you assistant to me?

btw: your ftp check transfer your file images/ theme!
It's because you've got your forum in an iframe, which is loading a site via an IP. Terrible way of setting up a website and it's just not going to work.

The URL you're using is http://5er3nity.co.uk/, and that's what the settings are set up for for loading the CSS/images, but the iframe is loading http://93.96.174.231/STY/ which is a totally different URL, and isn't going to work.
Many thanks for the replies...

As i am now running via localhost, so didnt have to upload anything (so just copied and pasted the extracted contents into my WWW->STY folder) and i am running on the standard theme, so i don't think thats the issue.

I believe MattRogowski has identified the issue. I'm sure i used to have the same option selected when running from a host (Free host 110mb.com), but not 100% certain.

As the WWW part of the server i am using is shared, i have to keep the /STY/ folder. What would be the best option to use?

My options are:
  • Framed web-forwarding to a single page
  • Non-framed web-forwarding to a single page
  • Framed web-forwarding
  • Non-framed web-forwarding

Cheers

Was indeed the problem. Chose a non frame web-forwarding and now working ok.
