How to fix this?
Where is the problem in this error? Is it Mybb Files? Database? or my Hosting server?

* This started happens when i transfer my web host to offshore hosting server.
* Before when my forum was hosted in other host, i dont encounter this problem.
Is it the host is the problem?
If could be anything, this is a very generic error. Look in the server error log and see if it says what caused it. If it's only started after you've changed hosts, it's clearly something to do with this new host.
Soo whats the problem with my host?
Ill will post the error if i can access the cpanel.
As I said, I have no idea what the problem is, there's no way for me to know. We'll need error logs to be able to suggest anything.
Add question:
Where to edit those whole text saying "Internal Server Error" ?
I will replace it something like, "Please reload your browser"
You need to set up a custom error document, there are various guides on the internet if you Google for them.
The custom error page will be edit in htaccess right?
No, you need to create the custom error page and then setup the page location in .htaccess. cPanel has an easy wizard for creating custom error pages.
Did you modify the MyBB .htaccess file?? The ISE can occur by a poor modding of this file.
