Any point system were the poster can chose a amount of points it costs for the member to download the attacment.

And the poster will get som of the points.
And some of the points will go to admin.

Any ideas?

Hmmmm. You can make it like if you don't have enought point's to be in VIP group you can't download attacment. That's one simple idea.
