Host I was with got hacked I will be getting the files to setup my forum with another host how would I go about setting up the forum with another host??

Do you have a database backup available?? That's the main thing you need.

I will be getting one in a day or 2

If you won't be getting one for a few days, you can't really set the forum up on the new host yet, all you'd be able to do is reinstall a fresh empty copy.
