i've just installed the advanced portal v7 plugin
everything is good but under the thread subject it uses {$lastposttime} variable which shows the time when last post created
actually i want to know what variable should replace with that
i used {$thread['created']} or something like that but did not work

Well, it's stored under "dateline" in the db, so try $thread['dateline'] maybe?

i already tried that , it shows some weird numbers like 2345365465
and i dont know what it is
