Your logo's just dead, from what it seems to me. That isn't too bad, in the theme setting, there's a setting for the URL of the logo.

Ok all you need to do to fix that is

ACP>Congiuration>Board Online/Offline>

It should be checked as Yes and just click No and it should switch your forum to open.
