We can't do much in this case without the URL and a test account to test and check it out.
Whenever he replies it just posts 'undefined'... are we being pranked or is this serious?
If Pixovee is right and the problem you're having is on this site then it seems something has messed up your browser. Either try using a different browser, or try clearing all cache/cookies from your current browser.
If you mean that when you post here it just says undefined, it's definitely something on your end, it wouldn't suddenly start happening for no reason if it was something on this end and it's not happened to anybody else.
